TRUST & TRANSPARENCY
Privacy policy
Effective September 19, 2026
This policy explains how Agentic Insurance handles personal information collected through this website. It applies to website inquiries. Consulting engagements may have separate privacy, confidentiality, and data-processing terms.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, organisation, message, consent confirmation, and submission time. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for security and operation. The form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit automated abuse.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to respond to your request, discuss potential engagements, manage our business correspondence, and protect the website from misuse. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not use inquiry messages to train AI models through this website.
Consent and your choices
The inquiry form asks for your consent before submission. You may withdraw consent for future use, subject to legal or contractual requirements, by contacting us through the inquiry form. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier permitted processing and may limit our ability to respond.
Service providers and transfers
Website hosting, security, and database infrastructure are supplied by third-party service providers, selected by Agentic Insurance for this website. Information may be processed outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We do not promise Canadian data residency for website inquiries. Data-location and supplier requirements for consulting work must be agreed separately.
Access, sharing, and protection
Inquiry records are stored on the server and are not exposed through a public listing or retrieval endpoint. Administrative access is restricted through the hosting account. We use encrypted web connections, validation, access controls, and abuse protections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We do not sell inquiry information. Information may be disclosed to service providers as needed to operate the service, or where legally required.
Retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, and meet legal requirements. The website does not automatically delete inquiry records on a fixed schedule. You can request deletion; we will assess the request and explain any information that must be retained. Abuse-control records use daily hashed identifiers and are removed during subsequent form activity after their retention window.
Access and correction
You can request access, correction, or deletion, ask about our practices, or raise a privacy concern through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Please do not include identity documents or sensitive customer information in an initial request.
Cookies and updates
See our cookie policy for browser storage details. We may update this policy as the service changes, with the effective date shown above.
